Mottingham is split between 2 boroughs, the London Borough of Bromley and the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It has good transport links to
central London and is close to the Kent countryside.
It has open, green spaces around it with Elmstead, Chislehurst and Marvels Woods close by and 2 main shopping centres, Kimeridge Cross and Mottingham Village.
W G Grace, the famous cricketer moved here in 1909 and played for Eltham Cricket Club.
